We like to say that we’ve been “around the block” a few times. Thankfully, that’s a good thing for a design company. Through the years we’ve learned that there is a lot to the web, and a great deal of it changes at a rapid pace. That’s where we fit in. Staying ahead of the curve is our specialty, and we love the challenge of designing websites that are both beautiful and compelling and will last our clients years after their conception.

Clearsite Creative is located in the Historic Bachrach building in downtown Faribault, MN which is about an hour south of the Twin Cities. Our business started here 12 years ago, and we’ve always loved its small town charm and atmosphere.

Paul Schell

Paul Schell // Owner

Paul has over 20 years of experience in advertising design & motion graphics. He founded Clearsite in 1996. Some of his previous clients include Cabela's, Andersen Windows, Faribo Woolen Mills, Jostens, York International, State of Minnesota, SPX Powerteam, Viratec Thin Films (Apogee Enterprises), Rasmussen Imports, D.A.R.E., Sellner Manufacturing, Shattuck-St. Mary's School, and Leasepoint.com.

His job at Clearsite Creative:

Paul is the Owner, Head of Business Development and Senior Creative Designer at Clearsite Creative. He actively oversees and directs creative projects in the office, and he also handles print design production and photography.

Caleb McGuire

Caleb McGuire // Lead Website Designer

Caleb has been working with visual design and the web for over 8 years. He graduated from Dakota County Technical College with a degree in Multimedia and Website Design in 2005, and he has been working at Clearsite for the past four years.

His job at Clearsite Creative:

Caleb is the Lead Website Designer and Developer at Clearsite.
He handles everything from initial design concept and strategy, to web development and coding, to the final launch of any website.
